This winter, the 4Seasons Transportation team gathered hundreds of toys and dozens of car seats for little girls and boys.

The team came together to fill a big yellow school bus with toy cars, colouring books, science labs and car seats to donate to the Women’s Centre of Calgary.

The Women’s Centre of Calgary supports and empowers women struggling with poverty-related issues. The non-profit is a safe space for women and their children, and offers programs, services, connections and community to help them thrive.

In addition to offering programs and services, the Women’s Centre of Calgary provides donations to women and children, including transit passes, personal care items, clothing, books and toys.

“This year has been challenging for families,” says Brooke Garcia, CEO, 4Seasons Transportation. “So many have been impacted by the pandemic and we want to help them through this trying time by bringing a little light to their lives.”
“I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to 4Seasons for the generous donation for women and families in need,” says Aimar Bracho, Program Manager, Women’s Centre of Calgary. “More women have been reaching out this year than ever before, and they are so appreciative of the support.”

Continue to support women and children during the COVID-19 crisis. The Women’s Centre is seeking additional donations including personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and warm winter clothing such as winter gloves, hats and coats.
