Making a Difference Through Pucks for Providence Charity Hockey Tournament.
This past weekend, we proudly sponsored and participated in the inaugural Pucks for Providence Charity Hockey Tournament, an event aimed at raising funds for Providence, an organization dedicated to supporting the development of all children.
Providence plays a crucial role in the lives of the students we serve daily, offering programs that support their well-being and development in early learning and education, and enhancing the lives of the families we support. As a transportation service, we see firsthand the difference these programs make, which is why it was so important for us to get involved
The tournament brought together teams from across Calgary for a day of hockey, but more importantly, it united us in a shared mission to support the children who rely on Providence’s services. Our 4Seasons team took to the ice and finished in 3rd place, knowing that our efforts contributed to making a meaningful difference in these children’s lives. Following the tournament, we gathered with other participants at a banquet, where a silent auction further contributed to the fundraising efforts. The generosity displayed by everyone involved was truly heartwarming. The funds raised will directly support Providence’s programs, ensuring that children in our community continue to receive the care and opportunities they need to thrive.
