Recognizing Shop Standouts
School Transportation News (STN) has just unveiled its annual list of Garage Stars! Named amongst the 2021 recipients is 4Seasons Transportation Fleet Team Lead: Tammi Ronald!
Earlier this year, School Transportation News called for nominations of outstanding fleet management professionals as candidates to be profiled in the August fleet management issue. STN received over 140 entries from school districts, private bus companies, school bus dealers, and vendors.
Student Transportation News Garage Star judges used the following 10-point criteria to determine the 2021 Garage Star finalists: community involvement, credentials, industry development, leadership, level of responsibility (with a focus on supervision), life experience, time spent on the job, training capability, regulatory agency commendations, and value to the transportation program.
“Tammi is always there for others with a positive attitude and caring approach, day in and day out,” says Grace Millar, Operations Manager. “Tammi goes above and beyond, ensuring everyone feels confident providing safe and calm rides for students living with disabilities. She puts in long days when needed, working early mornings and some weekends during school start-up. We are very lucky to have her as part of the 4Seasons family!”
